First Time We Are Experiencing Governance In Karu -Commissioner

The present administration of Samuel Akala in Karu Local Government Area of Nasarawa State has been commended for its audacious projects.

A former gubernatorial aspirant, Chief Phillips Dada, made the commendation recently in Karu.

Dada who currently serves the state as Commissioner of Works described the administration as dynamic, foresighted and far sighted.

"People of the area are having a first experience of good governance in the local government administration.

"The present administration is also futuristic in what it's doing for the people of Karu", Dada added.

He explained that he is happy that Akala is leaving impressive legacies that would have a huge impact on the people.

The Treasurer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, Alh. Rilwan Idris, has also singled out the administration for praise.

According to him, Akala has performed excellently in delivering governance at the grassroots.

"This is the first time we are seeing a chairman that is focus, transparent and knows what he is doing", Idris added.

Governor Abdullahi A Sule on Thursday commissioned two (2) legacy projects of the administration.

The projects, legislative chamber and PHC centre in Uke, among others, analysts said has placed the area on the pedestal of sustained growth.
